Better Body Boot Camp and Bridal Boot Camp for Women

All participants are required to pre-register and pay for boot camp classes in advance. Checks, cash and Paypal are accepted.

One make-up class is permitted per session and can be taken on any Saturday or the following session.


Location 1:
Habeeba's Dance of the Arts

Monday & Wednesday evenings 6-7 p.m.
$108 for 8 classes (4 weeks)


Location 2:
Columbus Dance Centre
1000 B. Morrison Road
Gahanna

Tuesday evenings 6:30-7:30 pm
Thursday evenings 7-8 pm
$80 for 8 classes (4 weeks)

Saturday mornings 9:30 am
Location: TBD

Saturday classes can be used as a make up class or an additional class for the week (#3) for only $10 per class. Space is limited and based on first come, first serve.

Certified Personal Trainers: Nancy and Barry Eisenman

Nancy specializes in women's fitness and holds certifications in group fitness, step, kickboxing, pre/post natal exercise and nutritional fundamentals.

Barry specializes in boxing, kickboxing, martial arts and group fitness. He holds a black belt in Shorin-Ru Martial Arts and has studied Muay Thai with Master Lek.
