Back by popular demand is the Fitness in the Park (FIP) is a fun and challenging one hour total body conditioning experience, which incorporates cardio, strength training, flexibility and balance.

Open to everyone at all fitness levels.
When you sign up to attend FIP, here are several of the many benefits you’ll realize over time.

No need to bring any equipment. Just come armed with a water bottle, towel and a warm smile. Get ready for an unbelievable and exciting workout that will keep you energized all day.
Each session is 4 weeks long. You can choose to attend classes 2 or 3 days per week – 8 to 12 individual classes per session. Classes will be held on Monday, Wednesday evenings and Saturday morning. You also can choose to sign up for more than one 4-week session. If you sign up for more than one session, you’ll be eligible for a 10% discount.
