Life Looks Better When You Do!
“Subscribing to living a healthier lifestyle and reaping the rewards that come with it is possible, only if you are ready and willing to trade your indulgences and excuses for something more meaningful and worthwhile – your happiness, health and wellness.”
- Barry Eisenman, AFAA Certified Fitness Trainer
My name is Barry Eisenman. I am an AFAA certified fitness trainer specializing in individual and group training. Exercise along with proper nutrition has been proven to decrease or prevent risk of injury and illness. It also improves your overall quality of life. For me, it’s something I believe in and subscribe to.
Enlisting the help of a personal trainer to get you started on the path toward a healthier lifestyle is one of the most important investments you’ll ever make. And, the return on that investment is priceless.
As a former multi-sport athlete and enthusiast, I’m an advocate for living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. No matter how young or old, whether you participate in sports or gardening, being physically fit is important to everyday living.
My mission is to provide high-quality and effective personal training programs that will help people of all fitness levels decrease body fat, lose weight and inches, tighten muscles, and improve their overall health and wellness. I am 100% dedicated to my clients, as well as, promoting healthy lifestyle living. I work diligently to create a positive experience for each and every person I train. I will do everything in my power to encourage, motivate and direct clients toward achieving positive outcomes.
As a personal trainer, it’s my job to fully understand my clients by identifying their fitness levels, unique needs, abilities and limitations. I conduct a fitness assessment prior to beginning any program. I use the results as a benchmark for creating a personalized program for each client. I don’t have a one-size-fits-all program nor do I use a cookie-cutter approach. Although we focus on the same muscle groups, each workout is unique and no two sessions are alike.
In addition to my AFAA certification, I hold a 2nd degree black belt in Matsubayashi-Ryu / Shorin-Ryu Karate and a 3rd degree brown belt in Shotokan Karate. I teach karate and self-defense. I also have trained with a world renowned Muay Thai Master and with a former Olympic Welterweight Boxing Gold Medalist. As such, I incorporate many of the basic principles and disciplines of these arts into my personal training workout regimens.
What You Can Expect
The foundation of every workout program includes:
• Cardio, Endurance and Stamina
• Core and Strength Training
• Agility, Flexibility and Balance
• Ongoing Evaluations and Monitoring
• Nutritional Guidance
The Many Benefits of a Personal Trainer
The benefits you’ll realize from working out with me are endless. Setting “me time” aside for exercising is equally as important – if not more so – than everything else you do during the week. Out of the 168 hours each week is comprised of, everyone can find 4 hours of “me time.” It’s paramount to your mental and physcial health.
Some of the benefits include, but are not limited to:
• A higher level of self-esteem, confidence and pride
• Higher functionality for daily living and activities
• Decreased body fat and weight
• Toning, shaping and tightening muscles
• Increased energy and stamina
• Improved quality of life
• Decreased back and body pain
• Feeling younger, happier and healthier
Cost Schedule
All workout sessions are one hour long. In fairness to all clients, class will begin and end at its scheduled time. If you are late for an appointment then that time will be deducted from your hour.
• Individual in-studio sessions starting at $60 per hour
• Individual at client home sessions starting at $90 per hour*
• Buddy sessions in-studio (2 people) starting at $30 per person
• Buddy sessions at client home (2 people) starting at $45 per person per hour*

*Important information, please read. At client home prices are for drive times of less than 20 minutes. Longer distances will add to cost. If you must cancel, for whatever reason, I would appreciate a 24 hour advanced notice. I know that unexpected situations and emergencies come up and a 24-hour notice is impossible to give. In these cases, I will allow two make up sessions. For all others, one make up session only.
